Transparent enrollment and refund guidelines

At Skill Zone BD, we aim to provide high-quality IT training and a transparent enrollment process. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which fees may be refunded and how refund requests are handled. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Course Enrollment & Fee Payment

All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before or during enrollment. Once a student is enrolled and a seat is reserved, resources such as trainer time, course materials, and class slots are allocated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The student cancels enrollment before the course starts
  • The course is cancelled by Skill Zone BD due to unavoidable circumstances

In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within the specified time mentioned below.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The course has already started
  • The student has attended one or more classes
  • Change of mind after enrollment
  • Inability to attend classes due to personal reasons
  • Failure to attend classes regularly
  • Removal or withdrawal due to violation of institute rules

This policy applies to all courses including:

AutoCAD, Graphics Design, CCNA, Digital Marketing, Python Programming, Microsoft Office Management and Programming for Kids.

4. Special Policy for Kids' Courses

For courses designed for kids, parents or guardians must review course details carefully before enrollment. Once classes begin, fees are non-refundable, as class schedules and instructor availability are fixed in advance.

5. Course Transfers

In some cases, Skill Zone BD may allow a student to transfer to another batch or course instead of requesting a refund. This is subject to:

  • Seat availability
  • Approval from management
  • Any applicable fee adjustments

Course transfers are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible), students or guardians must:

  • Submit a written request via email or in person
  • Provide proof of payment
  • Mention the reason for cancellation

All refund requests are reviewed by management. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method where possible.

7. No Returns on Digital or Printed Materials

Course materials, digital content, recorded sessions, or printed handouts provided during training are not returnable and do not qualify for refunds once accessed or delivered.

8. Changes to This Policy

Skill Zone BD reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page and will apply to future enrollments.
